FABIAN, MANAGING MEMBER
A native to Washington, Fabian has been involved in the window and insulation business most of his life. His father owned a Seattle window company established in 1986. He still remembers being 10 years old and his dad bringing home a heat lamp to show the family the amazing new glass coating called soft coat low e. He started working with his dad in 2000, helping with installations and learning everything about the window and weatherization industry. A few years after his father retired in 2007, Fabian decided to start his own Shoreline window company., serving the greater Seattle area.
LUPE, INSULATION PARTNER
Lupe has worked in the weatherization industry since 1992, and is a well known leader in the field. Over the past 25+ years he’s been on the forefront of new developments and changes within the industry and earned numerous certifications and achievements. He is a certified BPI building analyst, LEAD renovator certification, LEAD safe work practice, combustion safety certification, OSHA 10 and more.
For over 25 years Lupe has been sharing his knowledge and the importance and benefits of energy-efficiency and properly insulated home with customers. He has a passion for making all homes energy-efficient and keeping homeowner’s energy costs down. As he says, “I don’t like what I do, I love what I do”
JUAN, WINDOW INSTALLER
Juan started his career in insulation back in 2005. After about 10 years insulating homes and working on weatherization projects, he wanted to learn more about different weatherization processes and started learning about windows. He’s an expert in Egress window installation, and if you get a window well installed on your Seattle home, he will probably be the one to help!
